I have a question!!
I am one step ahead of you - hopefully! Various answers to your questions are below but if you have a question that isn't covered here please don't hesitate to contact me directly. I promise to answer pretty darn quick!
01
How long will this take?
The beautiful thing about a private event is it can last however long you want!! Typically we suggest a 3-4 hour period for the hunt but it's fun to do a happy hour or dinner at the ending location so it can last longer!
02
What do I get?
When booking a private Urban Party Adventure event you get a customized list of tasks for the group to complete, full instructions, specials/deals at the designated locations on the list, and a prize for the winning team!
03
What if I can't make it?
Not a problem! I understand life happens and things come up. Your event can be rescheduled for a later date as long as you let us know 24 hours before the event is set to start. No refunds are available.
04
Are there other costs involved?
Yes, other costs may be involved depending on what tasks you choose to complete. These costs are generally limited to drinks and food fares. No transportation costs are necessary. The Urban Party Adventures are designed to be done on foot. But if you want to use various transportation, no one will be there to stop you.
05
Is there an age requirement?
You must be at least 21 years of age to compete in an Urban Party Adventure. Since the events are held at bars and many tasks involve drinking you must be able to legally consume alcohol. But we can also now do custom events specialized for groups with participants under 21 but special restrictions apply.
06
I want to do a private Urban Party Adventure event, now what?
That's awesome! Fill out the form HERE and we will be in touch! You will need to know your exact date and headcount in order to book.
How many people are on a team?
That is totally up to you! We suggest 4-5 members per team but if you're celebrating a birthday or bachelorette party and all want to stick together that's totally fine! If you have a competitive bunch we suggest splitting into at lest two teams!
